A: Hello, The tiles can be removed by peeling off, however, they are meant to be a more permanent design solution in order to hold up to the rigors of a busy home. This means that they have a stronger adhesive than our decals and NuWallpaper, and so could potentially take a bit of paint off a wall when removed. Thank You

A: I do not suggest it. I put it up on my wall and was really pleased.....until it started to peel off the wall. It also would not stick to itself so if it does not stick to itself I doubt it would stick to another vinyl.

A: Hello,
We do not recommend application over wallpaper only existing tile and smooth and flat wall surfaces.
Thank You

A: Personally, I would not recommend it and would imagine that the manufacturer would not either. Must be applied on a dry, smooth, clean surface. Because these can be removed, it could remove any wallpaper (or anything else on the surface). Placing the sheets the first time exactly where wanted is best because the back is very, very sticky.

Q:One reviewer mentioned that the "grout" was actually just paper. Is this true? Most of the other peel and stick say it is made out of a gel material. Paper would not seem very durable considering how often backsplash needs to be cleaned.

Answer This Question
A: Hello,
The tiles are 3D and designed to look just like real tiles. They are raised a bit above the "grout" lines. These are not made of paper and can be wiped down with a damp cloth.

Q:The recommendations for putting the tile behind a stove does that refer to an electric stove also?

Answer This Question
A: Hello,
The below information would be for all stoves.
If placed near a stove without a backing, please leave 15 inches (38 cm) of space or more above the range to avoid exposure to extreme heat.
