A:  Yes, the swing is 5 ft. Ok

A:  Yes. This measure 5'.

A:  Width is 5 ft. from there it is not so good. Depth of seat could be another 10 to 12 inches and back could be another 6 inches higher and angled back for a more comfortable swinging.

A:  Yes, it actually measures 5 feet.

A:  16" deep looks weak but isn't

A:  The depth of the seat is 17.5 inches.

A:  Just what it will be hanging on

A:  The swing not of strong quality, slats in with staples..poor quality..

A:  Yes, to protect it against the elements, we varnished it. You could paint it instead, but I preferred to keep the natural wood.

A:  No, not for the swing. All the hardware, including chains come in the box.

A:  Yes, very easy to put together, but when putting on the backing of the swing I suggest you make sure you are placing the labels on the outside, so that you don't have to start at the very beginning like I did! LOL :)

A:  Yes! It is very easy to assemble. I spent more time adjusting the chain length than I did assembling the unit.

A:  Yes, very easy to put together, but make sure the label on the back rest is facing out, which is the way its suppose to go, because if you don't you will end up having to almost start again from the beginning like I did! :)

A:  It is not the high end $ swing, but it appears to be well made, I would recommend painting or staining, prior to assembly.

A:  I bought this for my son and Daughter N Law, for Christmas- they LOVE it! Well Made!

A:  This swing broke the back the first time I sat in it right at a Knott and the bottom broke the other day. Very cheap and flimsy, Chinese crap.

A:  Cheaply made

A:  For the price it’s OK. Not a heavy duty bench but adequate. I stained mine to protect from the rain and store in my shed during the winter.

A:  Very few

A:  Back is assembled, bench seat is assembled. Have to mount back to seat, put end arms on, mount chains. First one took a few minutes because I got arms on incorrect first try. With a little attention before jumping in, other 5 went pretty quickly. Helps to have someone help holding things. I had a very helpful 4 year old Grandson.

A:  4 pieces. Back, seat, and both side arms.

A:  All together about 10, it took about an hour to put together and hang.

A:  That'll depend entirely on the length of chain.

A:  My wife and I just gently swing it perhaps a foot, front and back.

A:  I actually bought ours to replace a framed swing set to go in the back, but yes this product would be great for almost any place you would like to put it!
