A:  Yes I put it on my Z355R and according to the local dealer it will work, but with mine it tends to throw a lot of grass out the front which ends up on my legs and in my face but mine already throws too much out front without a cover, even the the local dealer worked on it to try and get it to stop prior to my purchase.

It caused rapid accumulation of clippings on top of the deck that caused problems with the drive belt and caused large clumps of thatch on the lawn. I have ceased using it. in favor of the discharge chute.
