No you cannot use this item to test a capacitor it does not have the capability of reading microfarads. This multimeter has no mfd symbol. Do not buy this product it is terrible doesn’t even work and I tried returning the very next day n was told it cannot be exchanged or returned no refund not even store credit

It came with information on the back of the packaging. As for a manual no it had none.
The Klein Tools MM300 Multimeter will measure DC millivolts, it does not measure AC millivolts.
