A:  This particular mode does not retract by itself. Instead it has a counter weight that is attached to the spray hose to help pull down on the hose as you push the sprayer back to the faucet. I have included a diagram showing the counter weight that is attached at the mid point of the hose. There is no other mechanism to help retract the hose.

A:  The sprayer line has a weight, that you install, which will cause it to pull the line back.

A:  I no longer have this faucet but I seem to remember that to remove the handle, it either has a hole through which you will see an allen head screw. Loosen this screw and the handle will come off. Or you will see some type of plug which has to be removed to access the allen head screw. I have included a picture of a faucet that has a hot/cold symbol that covers the access hole to remove the handle.

A:  No, this is a single hole installation design. You can order a 3 hole plate and backer plate separate if you want this particular faucet. I have done this in the past but it adds cost to purchase these.

A:  Yes, the kitchen faucet comes with a deck-plate which is used to convert a 3 hole sink into a 1 hole.

A:  Yes, this faucet does swivel.

A:  Yes, very smooth. Easy to move around.

A:  Yes, it swivels 180 degrees left and right.

A:  Yes, the portion above the handle will swivel. Make sure that when you install it that you have it facing the correct way. FYI: If you are not installing this on a granite top, you may need a plate one top and a stiffening block that should come with the faucet.
