              Answer This Question

A:  Hello! Using non-dimmable LEDs on a dimmer switch commonly results in flickering or flashing of the lights. This is due to the nature of dimmers' function as opposed to traditional On/Off switches. If you are having a hard time finding dimmable LEDs that you like, we recommend checking our LED Compatibility Tool online to see if you find anything that matches your needs: https://www.lutron.com/en-US/pages/ledcompatibilitytool/compatibility.aspx If you still have questions or concerns, please give us a call at 1-844-LUTRON1. We're here 24/7, so you can reach out any time, day or night.
