Q:My door has been installed by the contractor but when it is closed there is a gap of approximately 1/4 at the wall, not flush to the wall. Any ideas what could be going on? Too much gap for water to get through!

Answer This Question
A: Hi Coop, please check the horizontal status of the glass on the corresponding side, if there is still a large gap after the glass is adjusted to be horizontal, i.e. your wall is not vertical. Please adjust the top roller in order to tilt the corresponding glass a little, door seal can assist the remaining gap. The anti-jump knobs also need to be adjusted downward a little in height to avoid interfering with the adjustment of the rollers. The rollers to adjust the height and level of the glass are located between 1:08 and 1:18 of the installation video. If your contractor is not sure how to do, please contact us for support. Email: manager10@mcocod.com. Thank you very much!

Q:Does the doors open both sides? i was wondering how to clean in the middle of the glasses?
by|Aug 23, 2023

Answer This Question
A: Yes, both glass can slide, access to the shower on both sides. After removing the door seals, use moist soft cloth to wipe away any remaining stains and water. The spacing between the two glasses allow your hand to enter flat to wipe the glass.
