Q:I have a 3.2 cu ft upright. I have found ice forming at the top inside area between the door frame and seal in a small place. I rarely open the freezer so this is something I haven't noticed before. The freezer is only a few months old.

A:  Try taking a hair dryer and warm up the seal very gently - the heat may soften the seal and expand it. If that does not work please call us at 888-775-0202 - we are here Monday thru Friday from 7:30 to 7:00 central time.
