A:  I just dealt with this on mine, there is a drain for the evaporator that becomes plugged with ice and when the system defrosts the water runs onto the floor. You have to take the inside of the freezer apart to fix it.

A:  It may be the drain from the freezer going into the pan underneath the fridge

A:  Yes, just place the ice maker bar in the upright position. We did this prior to getting our water source hooked up.
