Coordinating is ultimately a matter of personal preference, and it is best for you to decide for yourself if you feel as though these items can complement one another. These tiles are fired at extremely high temperatures when they are manufactured, so the indirect heat that will come off the cooktop is nothing compared to this. We do not recommend letting these tiles come in contact with direct flame, as this can cause cracking. We always recommend using Custom Building Products setting materials, which are sold at the Home Depot. The Home Depot offers dried grout samples in the flooring department, so we recommend you take a sheet of this tile to your local store and put them together to see which you like best. You can use either sanded or unsanded grout, but we would suggest using unsanded based on the grout size.
