A: I don't think your question has anything to do with using the hole hawg. A Hole Hawg is not used for holding pipe it is for drilling large holes.

A: Yes. However, if you mix thick material in a five-gallon bucket with this drill it would be advisable to have someone help hold the bucket. This drill is so powerful it will spin the bucket if you try to hold it between your feet and the rotating bail could cause injury. I have owned a hole hawg for thirty five years and I can't find anything I can't drill through.

A: I’ve used it to mix thin set and shower pan mud. Nothing can beat it. Especially the high speed setting for thin set. I tried dry mixing to see if the drill would stop. Not a chance.
