A:  Only the rapid charger makes the sound. I have two they both are. The regular charger is totally silence. I have that one as well.

A:  Yes. It is totally normal. It's called coil whine, and you can find the same noise from coils in lower end computers as well. It is totally fine.

A:  yes, mine do this sometimes (very high pitch electrical sound) while charging (red led color), not always. Once it turns green, it is always silent. But it ends up charging fine, and battery works fine afterwards. So I ignore it.
