Answer This Question
A: The Rust-Oleum Miracle Sealants 511 Impregnator is recommended for medium to dense surfaces. Given the porous nature of honed marble, Miracle Sealants 511 Porous Plus would make an excellent choice for your application. - Rust-Oleum Product Support 1

Q:I used it on dark slate stone tiles and (perhaps I didn't wipe it out enough) I have ugly stains - traces of the roller. How to clean it out? I was trying paint thinner, acetone, alcohol and even metal brush - no luck.

Answer This Question
A: Thanks for reaching out Peter. Rust-Oleum Miracle Sealants 511 Porous Plus is a penetrating sealer, after applying as directed on the label, allow the sealer to remain on the surface for 3-5 minutes. After that time, wipe off all excess sealer with a clean towel, do not allow the solution to dry on the surface. Acetone or mineral spirits can be used to removed dried sealer. If you are still experiencing problems, give us a call at 800-350-1901, one of our Product Support Technicians would be happy to assist you.
