A:  Les - Mold Armor E-Z House Wash can be attached to the hose and used easily from the container. Move the indicator on the nozzle to rinse for plain water to wet the surrounding landscaping before and after applying the product. The surface to be cleaned should be dry. Put the nozzle indicator in the clean position when ready and turn on the water to apply the product. Work from the bottom up and work in sections. Do not allow the product to dry on the surface or leave on more than 10 minutes. If a second application is needed, wait until the first application has been rinsed and completely dried before applying again.

Mold Armor makes no claims about product safety to vinyl siding. What has Mold Armor done to make the bleach in their House Wash safe for vinyl? And why not just spray diluted bleach?
