A:  Hi Mike, yes there is a cap it is called 52 in. Grand Fire Pit Chiseled Cap by Necessories Internet #300618469. The interior diameters are the numbers you want to pay close attention to and they are both 31 inches.

A:  No the kit does not come with the optional cap block. You can order the cap block at Home Depot, when it comes back in stock. We are currently manufacturing and getting caught up with orders. Keep checking back for availability.

A:  Some show it with an optional Fire Ring Cap, it is purchased separately. It is currently out of stock, we estimate it to be back April 1.

A:  The fire pit is nice and was easy to assemble quickly, but I thought the price was a little high. However, the fire ring is high-quality and very heavy.

A:  Hi Tiger, the Fire pit kits include fire ring blocks, steel insert, cooking grate, block adhesive, and gloves. You will need a 29 ox caulk gun.

A:  Everything you need except the contractor size caulking gun to apply the included adhesive. You also buy sand and either pea gravel or lava rock to go in the bottom. The only other tools you'll need is a long level and a shovel.
