        A:  You have to manually move the vent up or down, It does not move much a 1/2 in at most up or down, does not move side to side.

                  A:  There is an exhaust hose with the unit. It has to have an outlet for the hot air to be removed.

                      A:  The vent is hidden inside. But I wouldn't buy this one again. Even if it was given to me I'd try to swap it for something quieter and that has a true auto mode
