      Q:I have a concrete patio covered with glued on outdoor carpeting, The carpeting is almost impossible to remove, has some mild dew, and has no bumps and is level finish. Could I install this product over this carpeting? Should I add a layer of sand first?

      A:  We wouldn't recommend for you to install the tiles over something that has mildew. The tiles need to be installed on a flat surface, but the structure needs to be good as well.

                A:  The tiles need to be installed over a flat smooth surface. If you plan to install over gravel and sand you will need to prep the area and make sure the surface is flat.
