A: It should work but I wouldn't recommend it if you're going to have a lot of grease. Cleaning grease out of the 1/4" indentation between bricks is going to be a real chore. Personally, I like an easy cleaning smooth tile surface. Of course, that decision is up to you.

A: I used this on a wall but I would highly suggest some kind of sealant if you're planning for floor application. Even cleaning off the residual grout left stains in some of my bricks which is fine for the aged aesthetic I was going for but these would certainly collect dirt and grime quickly if you didn't seal them.

A: Yes, and yes a 3/8” notched trowel will work, a 1/2” will work to but those are hard to find.
