Answer This Question
A: You might be able to take it out with a small rubber band. If you place a small thin rubber band at the end of the hex wrench and insert it into the hex screw, it may give you the grip to unscrew it from the handle. If you need further assistance from us or a new handle to replace it, please give our Support Team a call at 1-800-732-8238.

Q:Easy fix for CA Green flow restrictor, instructions to remove O-ring:
1. Turn off faucets and supply lines
2. Disconnect the combined flow connector from faucet stem/riser (white connection on mine). There will be a little water draining from the faucet.
3. Take a straight pin and pry out the O-ring
4. Reconnect combined flow supply.
5. Turn on supply lines.
6. Now you have flow rates allowed in free states (like Texas)

Answer This Question
A: Cleaning instructions for your Pfister products are as follows:
DO:
1. Wipe water from fixtures after each use to avoid spotting and build-up.
2. Use only a soft, damp cloth, warm water, and/or non-abrasive dishwashing soap to wipe clean.
3. A 50/50 water and white distilled vinegar solution can be used for cleaning. This will take away the deposits, spotting, or build-up that may build up over time.
DON'T:
1. Use any chemical or abrasive cleaners on your faucet.
2. Use any scrubbers or abrasive type cleaning cloths.
3. Allow water to dry on fixtures as it may cause unsightly spotting.
The handle can be replaced if needed. Pfister warrants against deterioration of the Product’s finish for as long as the original purchaser owns the home in which the Product is originally installed. Please contact Pfister Consumer Service at 1-800-732-8238 for troubleshooting support and warranty information.

Q:The first time I turned this on after installing it a tiny washer came out of the faucet (along with water obviously). I haven't taken it apart yet to see where it came from, and I've been using it since without any issues. Any idea where it could've came from? And if I'm not having any issues should I even bother uninstalling and fixing it?
