A:  Yes, most oven supply wiring is aluminum due to cost. These are code approved for copper to copper, copper to aluminum, or aluminum to aluminum connections. They are pricey, but for connections of dissimilar metals they are the best way to go.

        A:  The 4/14 polaris connector requires an 1/8 inch Allen key. Pay attention to the torque settings as well.
