A:  Thank you for your review! Preen Lawn Weed Control will kill crabgrass that is very small (up to 4 tillers). It will not work on crabgrass that is any bigger. We would recommend contacting your local county cooperative extension or reputable garden center for product recommendations that will work on larger crabgrass. Thank you, Customer Service

A:  Thank you for your inquiry! Preen Lawn Weed Control should be applied when your weeds are up an actively growing. Whenever you are seeing weeds thriving in your yard, that is when you should apply the Preen Lawn Weed Control. This product gets applied to a wet/damp lawn followed by no rain or watering for 24-48 hours (preferably 48) After that time period a rain or watering must occur.
