A:  This is not a direct answer to your question but may be helpful. Given that recap has a limited effective thickness and my concrete repair depth exceeded recap depth, I used this before the concrete patch and will apply recap to get a nice smooth finish

A:  Just spoke with the text support folks and they recommend NOT using any adhesive prior to using recap.
