A:  Not that I know of it wasn't offered when I got mine

A:  If I were to buy a case or probably bag to put this in I would get something at least 24” long to allow space for the attached hose. Price some husky tool bags around Christmas time.

A:  Had the same issue,unscrew the end off the coupler for the first couple,make it a little loose and then tighten it up as it wears in. After it wears and is fully tightened it will last a while.I go through about 4-6 tubes a day and did that for the first 2-4 tubes till it wore in.

A:  JVB, thank you for your interest in the RIDGID 18V Cordless Grease Gun. The volume is not indicated per piston stroke. The pre-set dosage counter dial can be set to limit the amount of grease dispensed. Set the dial to ON to dispense grease as long as the trigger is squeezed and held. Set the dial to “1” through “50” to dispense grease for a specific number of piston strokes. For example, if the dial is set to “10” and the trigger is squeezed and held, the unit will dispense grease for 10 piston strokes. A:  doesn;t matter. Ridgid will randomly reject your LSA saying they could not verify it even though they can see you ordered it from home depot online. I have 4 products that had LSA and Ridgid rejected them. Do yourself a favor and buy Milwaukee instead.

A:  odds are serial number shows it a older model from a few years ago. lot people try to warranty old tools by buying a new one off their old ones but they get caught by the serial number as build dates help stop this from happening.
