A:  Hello Missy, thank you for your interest in our rugs. In regard to your inquiry, unfortunately, we do not specialize in wall-to-wall carpeting or make wall-to-wall carpeting. However, there are consumers who do place our rugs wall to wall. It is best to reach out to a professional if you do plan to customize the rug in anyway.

        A:  Hi there, Packing and shipping may cause temporary creases in area rugs. To remove them back-roll/reverse roll your rug and allow time for the creases to relax. We also recommend that you refer to our video on how to remove creases - How to Remove Creases from Indoor-Outdoor Rugs. Just remember these creases are not permanent! We hope this information helps! Safavieh rug pads are not suitable for use on vinyl, lacquered, or acrylic surfaces. Please see below for rug pad options suitable for diffferent type of flooring: 1. Grid Non-slip Surface Pad in crème (PAD110) 2. Grid Non-slip Pad in white (PAD111) 3. Ultra-Non-slip Pad in beige (PAD120) 4. Ultra-FLAT Non-slip Pad in white (PAD121) 5.
