Q:I am trying to stop the water running off my shed roof and splashing mud on the bottom of the shed so I want to put some stone where the water hits the ground. Would this work for that or do I need larger size stones - Thanks

Answer This Question
A: I recommend doing this as a base, and using big stones on top. So the soil can absorb the water better

A: Our thought would be the water would make it's way through the gravel and still splash mud on the bottom of the shed. A large concrete stepping stone/paver may be a better choice. Should you have any questions going forward. You can contact us directly at 1-866-SAKRETE (866-725-7383).

A: It's difficult to know what is meant by regular gravel. Typically, Sakrete All-Purpose gravel would be considered a gravel that does not contain any additives that will serve different purposes of use.
