A: It's a flat back fridge that doesnt require any space in the back. Besides the water line.
A: Samsung specifies to allow 2" minimum clearance at rear for proper air circulation and water/electrical connections.
A: Good Morning Dee! Here is a link (https://bit.ly/2Rk25Xs) with the instructions on taking out the shelves. Thank you for being a Samsung customer. ^Cat
A: Sure you can; just move the door shelves wider apart. The real question, however... what are you doing NOT finishing the bottle of wine? Trust me, If you buy a Samsung refrigerator you'll want to be drunk every hour of the day after realizing what a mistake you made--though that might take a year; just after the ice maker breaks and Samsung refuses to fix it.
A: Hi Gallo! Great question! The shelves in the fridge compartment and on the doors are all adjustable and makes easy to store your wine bottle upright. Thank you for reaching out with your question, and thank you for interest in our refrigerator! ^Cat
A: The shelves are are adjustable. I purchase a box of 2 liter wine, which sits on top shelf on right side of fridge. Please read consumers report on french door models they aren't reliable! My ice maker keeps icing up, for what I paid I wouldn't get another one! If you do get one get it with the extended warranty!
A: Yes. In the door where the extra "door" is located, as well as the shelves slide forward and back and they could go there, as well.
A: Yes, the refrigerator comes with adjustable shelves.
A: Yes! Inside of the Display Door you can place a bottle of wine there
A: Tighten with an allen key and be careful not to scratch the door. The fridge came with an allen key with a black rubber cap on one end, use that if you still have it and don't overtighten. If the handles were installed properly there should be two screws on the inside (facing the middle), one at the top and one at the bottom.

A: Unlikely, it's not counter depth and it's not flat.
A: I do not think so
A: Hello Tiajean! I understand why you are concerned, but I am glad to assist you. Here is a troubleshooting link https://bit.ly/2OFma8T to assist you with this matter. A: Is the ice maker on? If not, turn it on! Are there cubes stuck between the tray and wall? If so, welcome to the world of poorly-designed Samsung ice makers! Bang the cubes out with a heavy steel device. You'll have ice for 2-3 days. Repeat 3x a week for best results.
A: Pull the ice tray out and if you see ice inside the compartment along the top and possibly even the sides then you have the "known issue" that most of these end up having with the angle of the ice maker and the water line. Start warranty work on it now and hopefully get a replacement fridge soon. If you don't have a warranty then take a blow dryer to it about once a month to manually defrost the ice buildup. Good luck!
A: This is a known problem with this model. There was a class-action lawsuit over it. If you’re still under warranty, get Samsung to replace it, although the replacement will freeze up and quit working, too. There is no good solution.
A: Hey Jane! You can purchase the handles on SamsungParts.com. ^Penny
A: You're doing good if that's your only problem. Do suggest when opening the door to put your hand in the center of the handle, to avoid putting undue stress on it. http://www.samsungparts.com/Default.aspx
A: This refrigerator has a known problem with the ice maker freezing over. Call quickly before your warranty expires and get a new ice maker.
A: Hey bailey! I would love to help you resolve this! The ideal temperature setting for the refrigerator compartment is 38°F (3°C). The ideal temperature for the freezer compartment is -2°F (-19°C). If the user manual for your model specifies otherwise, follow the recommendation in the user manual. Also, check out this troubleshooting: ps://bit.ly/2NBGWZM to get your unit as cold as it should be. ^Penny
A: The correct spelling is "watery". Aside from that, make sure you freezer is turned down to 28F and that your refrigerator is at 37F. If that doesn't work, welcome to the crowd of over 1,000,000 Samsung fridge buyers who have purchase refrigerators with faulty ice makers. If your warranty (1 year) is still valid, call Samsung. They'll send someone out who won't repair it properly--it will still be too watery or will get hung up and won't make cubes at all--and within a few months it will be out of warranty and Samsung will wash their hands of you. That's how they treated me and is the reason for a class action suit against Samsung and their bad ice makers. (which they've known about for 3 years)
A: This model requires 2'' of clearance.
A: Hello Eric! We recommend at least 2'' of clearance. ^Gaby
A: Hey Dawn. The fridge needs 2 hours to cool down and 24 hours for it to reach optimal temperature settings. ^Joan
A: After setting the temperature for the refrigerator, it took several hours to get cool but the freezer required a few more hours to began to freeze.
A: For this model 27.8 cu. ft. Food Showcase 4-Door French Door Refrigerator in Fingerprint Resistant Black Stainless, it starts to cool as soon as it’s plugged in and ice cubes can be made within a couple hours or so. The coolness is awesome and everything about this refrigerator is modern and up to date in looks and operation. If the door is left open for an extended amount of time it will still cool up very fast. This is a beautiful refrigerator!
A: That depends on when you plug it in. It usually begins the process right after that event. Let us know if you have any other arcane questions.
