      A:  The floor is installed in floating mode, and glue is apply on the ground. Do not apply glue on Tongue or Groove.

        Q:The installation instructions say you can attach a vapor barrier over concrete. Won't the thin vapor barrier just get ripped up when you trowel on the glue? Doesn't this result in a glued down floor essentially floating on the barrier?

        A:  For glue down installation, you should use special moisture barrier for glue down rather than the one for floating floor.

              Q:We have the engineered version of this floor but ran out and now it?s not carried. Can the solid and engineered go together?

              A:  For stock information call the Home Depot customer service at 1-800-466-3337. They should be able to check stock for you. The solid and the engineered do not have the same locking system. One is a click and one is a T&G system.
