A:  Hi, Julie! Thanks for your question. For this unit #77401, do not mix oil with gas. Non-Ethanol fuel is best. Use only clean, fresh, unleaded gasoline with an octane rating of 87 or higher. Use fresh fuel less than 30 days old. To reduce starting problems, add fuel stabilizer to the fuel all season, mixing it with gasoline less than 30 days old. A:  Hi, Brenda! Thanks for your question. To change the oil for this unit #77401, park the machine on a level surface to ensure that the oil drains completely. Disengage the blade-control switch, and move the motion-control levers outward to the PARK position. Shut off the engine, remove the key, and wait for all moving parts to stop before leaving the operating position and drain the oil from the engine. Change the engine-oil filter and slowly pour approximately 80% of the specified oil into the filler tube and slowly add the additional oil to bring it to the Full mark.
