Q:Some of the floor tile adhesive on your Traffic Master tiles got on the finished side of the tiles during the install. What can I use to get the adhesive off without harming the tile finish or the adhesive base on the underside of the tiles?

A: I wouldn’t know because I didn’t use it on the wall. But if it means anything, I would not use this on a wall, particularly if you’re trying to achieve the look of a wall with wood planks … The edges are just not crisp enough to pass off his real planks. Looks great on the floor though!

Answer This Question
A: Hello Renee,
Thank you for contacting us.
Our Traffic Master tile, can be laid on top of concrete.
As per our installation guide:
CONCRETE/CERAMIC: Must be clean, dry and dust-free. Check for cracks, scaling, levelness, and other damage. Tiles can be installed over a painted concrete floor (self-stick only). If installing over ceramic tile, terrazzo, or marble, ensure that the tiles are firmly bonded.

Q:Is there a threshold that matches this tile? Or what do you recommend. I am placing this flooring next to some existing flooring that meets in a door way.

A: Hello,
Thank you for contacting us.
We apologize for the inconvenience, however, we do not manufacture trim for these products. We recommend working with a store associate to find an appropriate comparable trim.

A: We used a plain golf thin threshold. It turned out good.

A: Home Depot has a variety of thresholds that would complement this flooring. The good thing is that it is multi-colored. I am certain that you will be able to find a threshold that will blend nicely with the two types of flooring. Make sure to take a sample with you to the store when you go. It is a simple installation (which I did myself) and it looks better than I imagined it would. If the existing flooring has a color (browns/grays) similar to one of the colors in the Beach Sand, that would be a good direction to consider.
