A:  Yes, you can either ask the Home Depot key clerk to do it (if you can find one) or a local locksmith can do it. This has a removable core so it's particularly easy to rekey.

A:  It is possible if you buy the 6 pin lever to have a locksmith key them alike. Note the cheaper lever by UniversalHardware is only a 5 pin, you have to get the more expensive "heavy duty" lever for it to be the 6 pin.

A:  If the lever uses a Schlage Key, then yes.
