A: Hi,
This cooler acts like a normal cooler in that it is insulated. However, we do not recommend placing ice inside of the unit as the moisture build up can damage the electronics

A: Hello Jan,
Thank you for you interest in our Wagan Tech 14 Qt. Capacity 12-Volt Chest Cooler/Warmer. Although the Cooler/Warmer does not come with an AC wall charger, you can certainly purchase the additional accessory on our website at Wagan.com (item no. 9903) or by searching online for an 120V AC to 12V DC Power adapter. Make sure that the AC to DC power adapter is capable of providing at least 5 amps worth of power or more, to ensure that it is strong enough to power the Cooler/Warmer.
Thank you,

A: Hello Jim,
Thank you for your interest in our 24 L 12V Cooler/Warmer (item no. 6224), in regards to your inquiry, there isn't any specific recommended usage time for this device. You can use it for as long as you would like, we would simply recommend that you do not exceed more than 20 hours a day or if you do, make sure to let the device rest in between long spans of use. (also, try to clean the lid of the device often to prevent any buildup of debris or other hubris that might cause issues with the mechanics of the lid)
