Use a blow dryer and warm up each peel and stick tile long enough to soften the adhesive and pull softly starting with the corners. Remove with little to no damage to the wall depending on the surface the tiles were installed on. If installed on painted wall, when you remove it will damage the paint. Maybe not the entire paint, but some spots for sure. If installed over existing tiles, it won't do any damages. The residue left is easy to clean with a degreaser such as TSP.
