Fits righ on. It does it’s job

This is just another black iron cap that I used to cap a gas line. I only gave it two stars because the purchase price has a huge mark up. I can go to a supply store and purchase it for .60 but when I go to Home Depot the price jumps to over $2.

returned wrong size Needed a 5/8 but couldn't find

Perfect for my projects

These come coated with dark oil inside a sealed cellophane wrapper with printing on it so you cannot examine closely before buying. The threads on mine were machined off-axis, so when the cap is threaded onto a pipe, it wobbles around and cannot be screwed on straight.
