Splurged for this over typical OSB for subfloor in our tiny home. Sadly very disappointed in the quality. One heavy rain and the corners swelled. Imnsute these people utilize warranties out the wazoo if people feel the need to rip all this out to replace.. Decided to use regular OSB for the second floor. One rain and ZERO swelling at the tongue and grooves. I will have to sand down the main downstairs before I can even laid flooring. Ridiculous this company can't uphold decent quality.

Installed over engineered floor trusses on 16” centers and it Is not water resistant as it claims. After a rain the joints have swollen 1/4 to making high spots in the subfloor. The flooring has a noticeable bounce as you walk across it. A waste of money and labor. Do not buy.

Purchased 6 of these for a 12'x16' outbuilding. The panels are heavy, very sturdy. During the rough framing of the building, the panels were rained on at least three times, one time under storms producing 2 inches of rain per hour. After drying out, there is no visible warp or puckering. I do have one beef with the manufacturer though. These panels are NOT exactly 4'x8'. As I said, the building is exact and square 16'x12'. When pushing four of these panels together, side by side, they come up the width of a 2x4" short - about 1-5/8 inches. That means that each panel is actually a bit less than 1/2" short across the width. When I pay for a 4x8' panel, I expect a TRUE 4x8' panel. It would be kind of stupid to build out a 15' 10-3/8" to accommodate being shorted by Advantech.

Bottom two sheets on pallet were unusable. One was clearly a previous return(filthy, with muddy footprints) other was split 18” long. Had to return 10% of order. The delivery service I paid for, wasted.

Doesn’t expand when exposed to water

This is a fantastic product! My kitchen floor Is solid. Definitely recommend this Advantech plywood is a solid stiff floor and water resistant up to 500 days.

great stuff best you can get

So far, so good. This product has survived snow, rain and sun without any swelling, delaminating or shrinking. I am impressed.

best product on the market. $5 more per sheet investment is crazy not use it. Easily it could cost hundreds more with water damage using other products.
