I bought this product to replace a ADT security alarm battery. I was sceptical at first. I had to cut the power off to the system and wait 5 minutes for the alarm panel to reset. The battery was the same size replaced a UB1240. The battery meet my expectations. I ordered online was able to pick up the next day. Great customer service. Battery has been working fine for 2 weeks.

Worked as described. Used as a direct replacement for a rechargeable tire pressure pump. Size and connections were identical so no modifications needed. Working fine, but will need to last a good 3 years to know it is truly good. I expect it will last ok since it's a standard home depot product. Price is only reasonable compared to online choices- however the home depot service helps with the decision.

So far, so good for my alarm system. It is nice to be able to pick it up at a local home center.

I needed a new battery for my trailer brakeaway system. Found that mine was bad. Looked up a battery on line and Home Depot carries these. Since it is brand new I don’t have any time in it but I have tested the brake away switch once the new battery was installed and it works great! I would Rec this product to anyone who needs a battery of this type thanks to Home Depot they had plenty in stock. Will buy again for sure!!

It is way too early to tell, ON THIS PURCHASE, but these batteries should last about 4 to 5 years. The LAST ONE that I bought from you folks lasted only 3 years, but at a cost of $19.50, an annual cost of $6.50 is reasonable. If I get 4 years out of this one, I would be delighted.

I got almost 4 years out of the last replacement. I'll keep my eye on this one. It's just a battery so I was hoping for more battery life.

your website listed a battery with the same voltage for $17.95 and said it was in stock at the store I went to. When I got to the store the only battery in stock cost $32.95. I call this bait and switch.

This battery is almost twice as much at home depot vs. Batteries plus store

It’s not a good experience to shop at this store. Hard to find employees to help.

This battery was for our garage door and the employee that helped us didn’t give up when we could find it in the garage door area where he was working. We walked over to lighting and thank goodness there was one there because our house had just gone on the market that day!! I wish I knew his name because he saved the day and your competitor didn’t have one. Thank you for going the extra mile and keeping our garage door from beeping during our open house. Sorry if it was uncomfortable when I hugged you, but I was so grateful. Sincerely, Home Depot customer for life. :)
