May return it
When I first saw it, I thought wow this is nice. However after three days of using it not so much. 3 inches on one side and 2 1/2 inches on the other side of the rear pad stays dry allowing hot air to pass right though. On my Hessair I get about a 28 to 30 degree temp drop ( humidity approx 7%) but the mason & deck the temp drop is approx 18 degrees. In Las Vegas when temp is a 105 it makes a really big difference. If that problem was fixed this unit maybe a very good buy and I may give it a 5 star rating

Larger than we had anticipated. The unit seems to work well and lowered the temperature and increased the humidity. The water add basin seems smaller than should be for this unit and on top, which makes it difficult to add water from a large container. Other than that the unit does what we anticipated very well.

cooler works good, i have a wheel that was bad...
cooler works good, i have a wheel that was bad when i got it and the unit leaks from the side pads they dont seem to fit just right and leak from the bottom

We are glad to hear that the unit works well to cool the space you need it to. Sometimes, due to their weight, these units get damaged during transit, which might explain why the wheel was bad when you received it.
You might need to check on the level of water and ensure that it is within the maximum level mark. This might explain why the unit was leaking.

Nice design, great for patio
This actually looks good on our patio, compared to some of the ugly swamp coolers we looked at. It even comes with drink holders which has been convneient when I'm standing over the grill and keeping cool infront of this.
