Have a large open floor plan with vaulted ceilings so I bought two. One for each side of the room. Works as promised would definitely recommend.

I've had an older version of this humidifier it was under a different name Erissken or something like that. I love it. This one is much better and doing it's job.

Works great. Takes care of my entire downstairs. Easy to fill up and easy to move.

I've had this humidifier for about 6 weeks but have only used it for about 3 weeks. We had a rainy spell and didn't seem to need additional humidity for a couple of weeks. PROS: It's tall and doesn't take up a lot of space! This is what I wanted in my family room. It has 2 water chambers so each filled tank isn't too heavy to carry over from the faucet. Fan speed 1 is very quiet, 2 is acceptable, 3 is loud so it is fine for when you away. Seems to put out plenty of humidity. CONS: The other day I set the fan on high while I ran an errand. When I returned, I tried to turn it down to the middle level so it wouldn't be so loud. The unit would NOT change speeds. I pushed both speed and humidity level buttons numerous times and couldn't get it to alter the fan speed. I finally unplugged the unit. When I restarted the humidifier, it seemed to work fine. I hope this isn't a warning of things to come. GENERAL COMMENTS: It often drips just a little when trying to remove or replace the 2 side water tanks into the machine. I solved that by purchasing a boot tray to capture any small spills. The tanks don't always glide super easily into the unit. It's not difficult, it just allows for more drips as you try to get it at just the correct angle. The humidifier cycles on and off frequently, like every couple minutes. I know that when the air reaches the desired humidity level it is supposed to turn off but I have had several other humidifiers in the past and the time between their cycles of being on and off lasted quite a bit longer. Not sure if this is bad or good. Requires 2 filters. Don't yet know how long they will last before needing to be replaced.

This thing is awful. I was so disappointed and upset with it that I literally just threw it outside and couldn’t care less that I won’t be able to get my money back. Nothing was more relieving than getting this piece of junk out of our house. All it did was leak, did not read humidity correctly, and for as small as our home is, did not seem to make any difference in humidity whatsoever.

Well, I am quite frustrated with this thing. No matter what I do it will only go as far as 40% humidity and I need 50%. There is fresh treated water, new wicks (and they are soaked), cold water, and sometimes I can only get one fan speed. It is very hard to get a hold of support also.

This unit does what it's supposed to do. The fan is quiet at speeds 1 & 2, tolerable at 3. High speed, 4, is really quite loud. That is the only reason I don't rate as excellent. It is easy to fill the tanks at the kitchen sink and easy to place in the unit once you get the feel for it. I have not had spills or leaks. It takes up little floor space and is not unattractive.

Like the appearance. A water level indicator would be helpful.

This humidifier quietly pumps moisture into the air to help control the relative humidity in my apartment. Refilling the tanks is easy to do and the two gallon capacity provides reasonable periods of time before refill is required. Having used only a week, I'm not sure yet how quickly the unit reaches the desired level of RH. So far, this unit meets my expectations, and I would recommend it to others.

Weather has yet to turn colder in this neck of the woods...so haven't yet used the item. Therefore, I can't really rate the item.

After one year of use our 3 AIRCARE D46720 Humidifiers developed significant leaks resulting in damage to our wood floors and the ceilings below the units. It took three calls and 50 minutes on hold to reach a customer service rep to discuss the issue. Still waiting to resolve the issue.

I've had my humid ifier for 3wks now really works good in my apartment. I sleep & breath better without snoring. The auto climate adjust works really good.

If not for a design flaw, I would give a 4 start rating. First was the plastic "locking snaps" at the top of each tank. They should be metal. The snap on one of my tanks broke at the most narrow point when reinstalling the tank. The tank is useable however. Second, was the design of the tank itself. Must use extreme caution when reinstalling the tank. If not "exactly" positioned, water will begin to flow from the tank before the tank is seated and water will run over onto the floor. Otherwise, I like the double filtration and fan motor. From reading reviews before purchasing, I thought this might be the only problem; however, it is much more quiet than I was expecting. I have been leaving my set on 30 or 35 percent in very cold weather and have not have to refill the tanks more than once a day. Base on the the locking snaps, I really would not recommend this product to a close friend even if I am somewhat pleased with it.

Easy to set up, very quiet, lets you know what the humidity is all the time and easy to fill up the containers. I would purchase it again.

We live in Arizona and the humidity is around 6% which is not comfortable. This is the best humidifier we have ever owned! We had purchased two other brands of humidifiers over the past 5 years and neither one held up. So we tried this brand. I highly recommend this product. It covers the 1200 s/f of our home and we can adjust the percentage of humidity we want.

Worked great for a month, then unable to get it to work properly even after 4 calls to aircare customr service. And, if you are not extremely careful, you'll find water all over the floor when you refill and replace the water bottles.

To hard to fill and did not do the job like it should have. Did stop using it part way into the season.

Works great!would highly recommend this unit. Every thing is automatic except for filling it up with water. Even that is simple. Word of advice,do not top it off on either canister with water.

Water tank indicator shows F for refill when one side is completely full. Getting a filled tank set on the humidifier without getting water on the floor is difficult. If it is not set exact the water flows onto the floor. Poor design. The fan cuts on and off in short intervals - repeatedly.
