Easily assembled and looks great!

Delivered as promised, easy installation, has a realistic appearance, and reasonably priced.

I was wary of the set because it said the connection was to the right, but most gas connection hoses are fairly long. It hooked up fine. Quick and easy pilot. Easy to push know and turn to low, and then high. I have a 19 foot ceiling. It heats the room well. I've had the set for a week. I love it. My only issue is the location of the know and ignitor. They are on opposite sides, and a little cumbersome to navigate. Still, it lights fast and easy.

Nice logs for the money. Replaced an old set (25+ yrs. Old) with this new set of logs. I don’t use fireplace often, so manual light is fine in my situation. Fire looks very natural if instructions are followed. Would recommend more upscale Real Fyre logs if I used my fireplace regularly. Installation took about 2 hours but would recommend professional install if you are not familiar working with natural gas.

Just had the gas log kit installed in my fireplace. I love the look and will surely enjoy the ease and cleanliness of the fire burning when the weather cools.

Good product. They could have designed a better support system to keep the pilot light ignition from moving the entire log unit. Every time you push in the knob to light the pilot light, the whole log rack moves. you're forced to use two hands to light. Very awkward.

American Gas Log is a great company. They have excellent customer service. Scott and Tammy are the best and we love our gas log set. I highly recommended their Dundee Oak gas log set.

The picture on my size log set had 7 logs and I got 6. The picture should match the item I paid for.

The fireplace log set looks great and is realistic. The instructions aren't very helpful but overall installation was somewhat straightforward. We haven't had it long or used it much yet, but would definitely recommend.

Very Good deal excellent

Looks great, easy to install either left or right, complete kit, include's damper safety clamp. Even though this model has only one straight burner pipe, the flame spreads nicely over the sand/embers. The logs are plenty and looks great.

The log set looks good and has a nice, even, realistic-looking flame. It is noisier than our old set, with a noticeable hiss.

One of the larger logs was split in half. Had a fireplace expert to place it so no time to reorder. I’m hopeful it will not be a problem. Pretty setting.

I have not installed mine yet; my niece has the same one and it is very nice. I liked it so well that I bought me one.
