Love my umbrella. Nice a sturdy. Super easy to put together!!!

Love the product, but it arrived with a stripped threaded coupling that joins the two poles together, causing them to come lose, compromising the pole’s stability.

Brilliant idea to be able to tilt by just continuing to crank! Had been very difficult to to tilt the old one. Wish the umbrella was a bit bigger (we got the largest you had) but still doing a great job blocking the sun from the house.

Looks nice and opens and closes easily. Withstood a derecho wind while closed.

Just what I was looking for. It is wide enough to cover my 45inch table and chairs.

The umbrella screws together right above the crank which leaves it very unstable and often comes unscrewed. I wouldn’t buy again.

Exactly what we expected. It operates easily, though the you do have to crank the handle with a little extra ‘oomph’ to tilt it. Can’t comment on wear/tear as it’s only a few days old, but out of the box, it was a solid purchase. We use it with a 50lb. base mounted through the center of a table. Love the color!

Its top heavy. I didn't realize I needed a much heavier base for it.. I recommend buying a 45lb base no matter the recommendation, possibly two sand bags to hold the base down. It will make the bottom of the umbrella look ugly, but oh well, we have to make do with what we have, right? But with that added safety precaution, it won't fall over. Other than that particular unforeseen issue, it is a pretty outdoor umbrella. I had problems getting the tilt to work. So far, I haven't managed to tilt it but I can work on that to see what is going on with the mechanism. I like the size. I did set up up myself. It doesn't sound like that would be hard, but if a person (woman) doesn't have the upper body strength, she may need to get some help. I struggled with keeping it up right while working on getting it into the base. It does meet my expectations for a smaller umbrella for the area I was looking to shade. My only regret is not buying the blue one, instead. I don't care for the color that much. I bought the turquoise shade. It does meet my expectations for the most part.

I like the umbrella and the shaft seems sturdy and is metal. I am not crazy over the fact that the arms of the umbrella seem to be plastic however. I do like the way the tilt feature works.

The umbrella is really nice looking but the auto tilt does not work. I have ordered a new one and when received will return this one.

The look and quality is good. Don’t know on the how it will weather the elements. Time will tell.

The umbrella is heavy and sturdy. It’s supposed to tilt, but the instructions on how to make it do so are incomprehensible. Thus it does not tilt. Time will tell whether the umbrella holds up and retains its rich color.

These umbrellas are well made. The tilt mechanism works really well. Good value. We ordered a green and a red. Adds a nice touch of color to our backyard.

I am returning this umbrella due to what I consider a design flaw the bottom part of the pole and the top of the umbrella screw in together but once this is in the stand and a wind hits the umbrella the connection point for these two pieces bends. I cannot figure out why as the two pieces were connected and tight. I tried unscrewing and screwing the two pieces together 4 different times. This made no difference in it bending at that connection point. It is useless to try to even open the umbrella because it ends up tipping over even with the smallest of breezes.
