Bowl Chipped & Crumbled in <1 year
The bird bath was pretty and perfect for our flower bed. It was in an area with no foot traffic and was only used by birds, yet the bowl rim started crumbling and a bird has fallen off after less than a year of ownership. I would recommend this product. The description say sturdy against elements and that was just not the case.

I love this bird bath!
This bird bath is a beautiful color and very attractive in my yard. It's also a good weight and
not so heavy like concrete ones. I was unintentionally delinquent by leaving it out during the freezing winter, and the top broke. I contacted Alpine to get a replacement top since it was out of warranty at this point, and they said they would replace the entire unit free of charge. I could NOT ask for better customer service than this. I'm looking forward to a colorful spring soon.

Pretty Bird bath
Ordered this bird bath online. Was delivered quickly and came in damaged. Not heavy but also very sturdy.
It cracked and pieces broke off this winter. Contacted manufacturer Alpine and they explained, it needs to be emptied, covered or basin brought inside during freezing temperatures. I was not aware. They did however, replace entire product very quickly and did not have me ship back the broken one. GREAT and prompt customer service. I will definitely purchase more products from Alpine.

Looks nice but the glue that holds the top piece that attaches to the bottom came apart within a week. I epoxied it back together and it’s how it should have been done in the first place

Base that attached the bowl to the pedestal was not properly glued on so it broke off. We hope to be able to glue it back together. I gave it a fair rating and not “poor” because the bird bath and color are very pretty.

Breaks easy
I loved this bird bath when I saw it, so I bought it. It cracks easy, which makes it difficult to recommend. One of the birds came off and the bottom piece that holds it on the base, broke off also. Mind you, it didn’t fall, or get hit by anything. It just broke.
