[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a cute water fountain. My children all love it and the bears on it. Setup was easy and not bad at all to get it going. The height is nice and it is beautiful anywhere you decide to put it.

This water fountain is the perfect addition as well as a great conversation when we have family or guests over. I am in love!!

I bought this fountain in September 2020. It worked well until the flow of water damaged the mesh filters in the fountain pools, which caused the water to be broadcast well outside the fountain and make a mess. The problem was with the pump, as its flow control would not adjust the water flow to be slowed enough to keep this problem from happening. But Alpine did a remarkable job of customer service, as they sent me two new pumps (and ultimately a new unit) because the water flow problem existed in all of the pumps. What set Alpine apart from the crowd is not so much the products they sell but the lengths to which they went to stand behind them. I can't say enough about their customer service department, as they went well above and beyond the call of duty in order to help me with my problem. As for the fountain itself, it is a beautiful addition to our home, and I would unreservedly recommend Alpine's products to anyone. Great job, Alpine, and Thank You!

Colors on the unit are no where near what the picture shows...very bland...the rock is pretty much a darker brown and the green barely shows up. I have tried spot lights and adding greenery around the bottom. Have considered sending back. This was way too much money for such poor quality.
