I bought this three years ago when I was doing my DIY backyard project. It has gone through all different seasons and it is still standing strong. Pump is good, water proof for sure. My lights are out, I need to replace the transformer. I am happy I bought it. It’s the pride of my back yard.

The 60” long rainforest river rock fountain is awesome. The sound is amazing. Easy to put together. The look is so realistic. We are always outside enjoying the sounds and look of the fountain. We did a landscape feature around the fountain. We always get compliments. We would definitely buy it again.

We were quite satisfied with the waterfall on day 1. The assembly directions are very limited but we were able to get it assembled and running successfully. The water pump started right up with no priming time. The morning of day 2 we noticed a wet area behind the waterfall. On further inspection we found a pinhole sized leak from the base. Disassembly and return will be a major headache. I will try a wet leak sealant. Fingers crossed.

This fountain is a great buy for the price compared to other similar size and look fountains. It arrived in perfect shape and on a pallet which seems a bit overkill considering how lightweight this item is, but that helps keep it safe. I unpacked and set it up on my own (50 year old male, decent shape) no problem. The only things I will say that may bother folks are the instructions are the bare minimum and make sure you fill it all the way to the drain hole (even over it) for max flow. Enjoy!

Beautiful, howeverI noticed that the flow of the water isn’t so good anymore in less than one year. I am not sure if the pump is not strong anymore. In addition, after one week of adding water, I woke up one morning and most of it was gone. Check out this picture .

I just love it. Bought for anniversary for a surprise gift. It’s beautiful and sounds awesome.

I bought this fountain in the spring of 2021. It started leaking after 3 months. When I found a leaking spot the silicone didn’t help. The fountain was beautiful in the beginning but lost his original colors by the end of the summer because of the sun. I wish this expensive product has better quality.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This looks so beautiful in my entry garden area. The fountain comes in three sections that are easy to set up especially if you have two people. There is a tube and wire you have to pull through the sections that might be tricky by yourself. I ended up plugging in the lights into a timer so they only come in at night. Now I just need to find the right plants to go around it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received my outdoor 3-tier rainforest rock river water fountain almost a week ago and I just love it. The fountain is beautiful. It arrived in a really big cardboard box which they left on my patio on a wooden pallet. When I arrived home, I was like oh my that’s going to be huge. The fountain came in three separate pieces, it was very easy to put together along with all the hose, pump, and everything needed for the water flow and LED lights. I did put everything together because I wanted to see it working and I was not disappointed. It was beautiful, the sound of the waterfall was so soothing and the LED lights just made the whole experience breathtaking. Unfortunately, since the weather here is now at freezing level, I had to take everything apart again, I cannot wait until spring so I can set it all up again and enjoy seeing it in my garden. Even though it’s on the pricey side, if you can afford it and have a garden the Alpine Corporation 60” long Outdoor 3-tier Rainforest Rock River Water Fountain with LED lights will make a beautiful addition.

We purchased water fall this in December 2019. The 3-Tier setup was very easy, no damage or leaks identified, pump setup was a little problem, I installed an elbow to compensate for the 90° hose connection to the pump, make it a lot easier for the water flow without restriction. Overall expection was skeptical at first, now that we have it in operation and working great we are enjoying every moment listening to the waterfall and observing the water flow and listening to the sound of the water, at night the lights and the water flow is so beautiful tranquilizing, this 3-Tier Rainforest Rock Water Fountain did meet our expection.

Love this fountain, really looks real. Rick’s and stones are painted to look authentic

3 days after setting up my new fountain, the pump started pumping very little water (a trickle). I plan on taking the pump back to The Home Depot store and asking the manager to switch out the pump.

Although only three pieces it’s a bit cumbersome to set up but once it’s in place it’s very beautiful!

We've had this for 18 months now, (bought September 2021.) Easy to set up and works every time it's started up. Even after being shut down for 5 months over two winters now, we just started it up again for spring and WOW, all works exactly like we just got it out of the box! Placed in full sun, no fading, no chips or cracks - no leaks. Fabulous fountain, VERY reliable and functions exactly as expected. We Love it and we recommended.

Be careful with this one. After setting it up, there were at least 3 small leaks that I'm dealing with. Alpine says to use SealKrete epoxy to fix the holes. Nice that they had advice on how to fix their brand new product.

Love but I have a small leak on 2nd tier I can't seem to find

The log fountain has a realisic looks and is a great addition to our backyard. Putting it together took 20 minutes.

We have had this fountain for several months now. It comes well-packaged and is easy to assemble and set up. We really like the coloring. It looks natural and blends well in the rock garden, among flowers and shrubs. The pump has an adjustable flow, although we nearly always run it at max flow rate. The fountain sounds like a babbling brook, which we really enjoy and find very relaxing.

This is a beautiful fountain. Comes in a huge box. Was secured with Styrofoam for all pieces. Beware that additional pump and accessories are hidden below all the styrofoam. Fairly easy to assemble. The top portion only of the fountain had overspray of small speckles of white paint. Contacted the manufacturer and they will send us a touch up paint kit when available. Overall, very please with this unit. Nice touch to our backyard sanctuary!

This water feature is beautiful! We replaced our 90 gallon pond with it, and more we are left wondering why we didn't do it sooner! Set up was extremely easy, and we are looking forward to many seasons of listening to the calming sounds of the waterfall.

We had some really nice days this winter and were able to use it already. The handpainting is gorgeous. It truly looks like real rocks. The water is very relaxing. It's like listening to a running stream. The LED lights are an added bonus. All around this water feature is incredible! Just be sure to have the room for it. It is definitely one of the largest water features I have every personally seen.

It's lightweight which means I xan easily move it to new locations if desired. This was an easy set up and easy use product and we are very happy we have added it to our home.
