Nice windows. Easy to install and very efficient.

Came with broken lock

One window was cracked on first delivery. Replacement for that was lost in transit. Had to order again and wait 3 more weeks. No one seemed to have answers or recourse. Cost me money and time. Very frustrating and disappointing experience.

Great quality window. Panes drop in for easy cleaning. Just what my wife ordered!

very nice looking window and of good quality which was fairly easy to install after reframing to adjust to the size difference of original window.

One plastic window stop was loose in the bottom of the shipping box and the screen was bent. Quality control is non existent at the factory obviously.

A good replacement window but definitely not the best out there

I was disappointed with the quality of these windows. I bought them to replace windows at my vacation cottage. I didn’t return them mostly because of my timing requirement. Each window had at least some issue. Some of the problems appeared to be because of rough handling by Home Depot, others however were obvious factory issues. Badly fit corners, stripped out screws fastening the lock mechanisms, poorly attached screens coming out of their channels. Very slow response from customer service. I’m still waiting for replacements for broken lock keepers. I had to do a lot of repairs to these “brand new” windows so I won’t be buying any more.

They fit great look great easy to install

They installed beautifully, I love the safety lock when open and they just are all around very nice looking at the front of our house. Good quality windows

Good quality great price

Comes with adjustable sizing for height. Installation was easy. Could improve on clean up of vinyl corners and silicone overflow on glass. Touseef was very helpful and loaded the windows in our vehicle and had a great sense of humour.

I had to go find the windows took two days ! Fed x delivered them to a wrong address

1 of 2 windows was br9ke during transit . Was supposed to get an email on when it would be ship. It's been 2 was no word.

Arrived with a cracked window. Customer service helped with finding a solution to make it whole again.
