Windows arrived quickly and no scratches or other defects found. After install windows work smoothly and provide good insulation from direct sunlight.

Easy to install but I wish the window had a flange for vinyl siding

Somebody screwed up,,, the screen cannot be removed from either side,,, seems they built the window around it. Very disappointing for a mfr. named. AMERICAN CRAFTSMAN... unfortunately had already installed it when we figured it out!

Took about a week longer to arrive but that was over Christmas / New Year. I ordered 4 windows 36” x 60”. I picked them up after they were shipped to my local HomeDepot in Rohnert Park, CA. A very friendly employee helped me to load them into my truck. I’m building a sun room / green house and tonight I got to install my first window. This is a new build which is what the windows are for. Installation time: about 5 minutes. It was literally put it into the opening and attach with screws. My windows were for a new build so they have flanges around the outside. They won’t work as replacement windows. Don’t take the packaging off until you’re ready to install either because the flanges are not meant for taking the weight of the entire window. I built my opening to the specifications on their site ( 36”w x 60”h ) and the window fitted comfortably. After installation, I checked the window. It opens perfectly smoothly; it looks great; it has a bar on the bottom window to help you raise it and it had two locks for securing it shut. Each window was $164 which is a steal for the quality you get. I’m super happy. I’ll update this review after I’ve had them all installed for a month. But at the moment, I 100% recommend them.
