This window is the smallest window in our home and is on the 2nd floor in the most inconvenient place we have. It is a double hung window. When my husband was installing he realized that the screen was a full screen and not a half screen like we have had on all the others. We did not realize this when we were ordering unfortunately. I'm not giving a bad review, just make sure people order what the actually need. The window is installed and we had to use a roofing ladder to caulk the outside, but we got it done! We have ordered 10 windows for our upstairs floor and all were able to be installed easily by my husband, even thought we live in a 65 year old house. We have now purchased all the windows for the first floor and are waiting for some that we ordered. My husband had never installed this type of windows before and he had no complaints on installation!Thank you

only it do not lock I do not why but due to installing A/C I donot need to lock.

Amazing Quality! Fits like a glove. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a simple quick replacement for their old windows. Installation was very simple.

For the money you can't go wrong , Much better than some of the competitors that I have seen on TV. I've used the ones advertised on tv , They sage in the middle none of the American Craftsman have sagged , even in 80 degree temperatures .

The glass itself is amazing but the vinyl frame feels cheap and the weather stripping Used to seal the bottom sash In my opinion could be thicker it almost non existent.
