Just had the faucet professionaly installed. Like the form and functionality. The hands free function turns the water on but it still drips when I use the sensor to turn it off. I saw another customer review with the same issue so I’m guessing its a solenoid problem. I’ll have to call the company and have them send a replacement. The plumber may also charge me to come out again. It’s disheartening to spend this much and not have it work properly.

Very nice faucet. Good quality and helpful installation video. Love the hands free feature. My faucet was installed by a professional plumber. The solenoid part was defective and does not shut down the water flow completely ( still works but drips), we are still waiting for the replacement part to see if the shut off works as advertised.

Electronic part does not work I call they say cant find my model could not get help Home Depot tells me to take it off sink and bring it in even though they can't replace it

I'm delighted with my Beale Pull-Down Faucet with hands-free technology. I like being able to use it manually or hands-free. I like the ease of changing from a stream to a spray with the touch of a button. I tend to use it most manually because I forget to leave the hands-free option turned on. My reason for not giving it 5 stars has to do with the installation. There are two arrows on the selunoid device: one arrow indicates the direction of flow and the other arrow indicates the direction for installing the selunoid. The arrow for installation is affixed by a sticker whereas the arrow that indicates flow is built into the device. The arrow affixed via sticker was a bit confusing and could be misinterpreted depending on which way the selunoid is held. I'm not sure whether it was the installation or the actual selunoid, but the hands-free option did not work when my plumber installed the faucet, and we had to request a new selunoid. The second selunoid worked perfectly but the installation did require another service call from the plumber. My recommendation is to make sure whoever installs the faucet is aware of the distinction between the two arrows and installs the selunoid properly.

Easy to install. Touchless and handle open/close work perfectly. Shape of the faucet is a bit fat but I will get used to it.

Anything that reduces cleaning in my house is a welcome addition! The hands-free on this faucet isn't perfect but it's very easy to get used to so you can trigger it each time. No more touching the faucet with raw chicken hands. No more splashing water on the back part of your sink. The faucet itself is massive so make sure your kitchen sink is appropriately sized as well. Finish looks and feels great. The lifetime warranty does not give an exception to the touchless aspect which is awesome.

I recently installed this in my own personal project and it was the perfect fit in many ways! The counter I installed it in is all custom, poured concrete with the sink formed into it. The concrete is polished to a soft gleam and the stainless steel finish of the faucet looks amazing with it. Another faucet I had for temporary install didn't fit because the stem that passes through the counter wasn't long enough. But the Beale saved the day and fit perfectly. The sleek minimalist styling is the perfect touch with the concrete. It's easy to use and easy to install. Love it!

The new trend of handsfree (vs having to physically touch the faucet) is a great step in the right direction. When dealing with foods that you don't want to spread germs, these hands free technology faucets come in handy big time. Overall the look is very sleek, matches the rest of our kitchen, and works flawlessly. I will say that you can probably do the installation yourself if you are comfortable, if not - make sure the plumber you hire has experience with these types of faucets. Working with the electronic piece can stumble some plumbers, but these are becoming more common place and they should feel comfortable handling these types of installs. Highly recommend this product

The only trouble I had installing this faucet was to get the touch less feature to work. There is a switch underneath the cabinets plumbing that must be in the correct direction. Otherwise the red light on the faucet will flash but nothing else will happen.

I have come across quite a few kicthen faucets over the years and I think this is one of the best. Very well built. Installation was smooth. I totally love the hands free feature. My son now thinks it's fun to wash his hands.

I recently specified this faucet in the stainless steel finish for one of my clients. The sleek minimalist styling was a perfect accent for her kitchen. It was very easy to install with clear directions. We love the hands free option which works like a charm. I was also impressed with the sturdy feel of the magnetic docking system. There will be no dangling parts here! I tell my clients that choosing the best quality faucet is always worth the investment. This one fits the bill in every way. when i am shopping for faucets my biggest concern is the housing. There are many great looking faucets with a plastic housing. This faucet has a metal housing which is more durable and quality than plastic ones. Design is great. looks very modern. Easy to assemble and easy to use. i love the touch less free idea because most of the time my hands are oily or dirty , so i don't have to worry about turning water on by touching the faucet and wash the handles again. i like to follow up new technolojgy and this is plus one step to the traditional faucets. quality and functionality is great, i highly recommend it.

This faucet was for use in my parent's kitchen. Both have physical limitations with their hands and this beautiful faucet has made prepping, cooking and even clean-up a breeze for both of them. I highly recommend this touchless beauty and I'm considering purchasing one for my own kitchen.

Just put in my new Beale pull-down kitchen faucet with selectronic hands-free technology and I find it incredibly functional. I love the 2 different spray patterns with the pause button. It allows you to go from one sink to the other without being sprayed. American Standard thought of everything when they designed this kitchen faucet! Can't wait to recommend it to my design clients!

I love my new faucet but what i didn't like was the 1st one was damage, i had to re order another one. After we installed the faucet we had to removed pick up the new one get my money back and re install again. Was a big hasle for us double work and no compensation from Home Depot by having to work double replacing kitchen faucet

This faucet blends a clean, sleek look with super functionality! You can use it in manual mode to turn the water off and on by the lever or you can put it in automatic mode so that the water is activated with just the wave of your hand. This makes food prep and hand washing so easy. Very convenient and highly recommended!

This faucet has a smooth, simple arc with a paddle style lever. It has a nice feel as well. The finish is flawless. I had no issues with the actual function and operation. The "no hands" feature worked as described. The spray head has a toggle button that switches between spray and stream and locks in either function. It also has a pause button, but the pause button does not lock. Water flow pauses as long as the button is depressed...it's a momentary switch. Installation is made simple with the included braided supply hoses. The instructions are pretty good, with good pictorials, and a really good parts list. But give yourself extra time to get the solenoid, battery pack, and weight system connected. Also, opening the box is a little intimidating because there are a number of unfamiliar parts. One issue I had is that even though there is an escutcheon plate to cover a three hole sink, it is not included with the faucet. It has to be ordered separately as an "extra accessory". I decided to purchase some "sink plugs" (sink hole covers) from Home Depot. They just snap in the extra holes. Later, when I change out the sink, I'll get one with a single hole.

This faucet was easy to install and a great addition to our kitchen update. My plumber was very impressed. When you see the product firsthand, it is a little larger than the impressions I had from the photo only, but still very clean and nice. It is stylish and a great addition to our home with the innovative touchless on/off sensor and the pull down sprayer integrated together.

This faucet is exactly that - simple, stylish and functional. The clean design will work most any decor. The pull-out sprayer head is a joy when trying to rinse and clean an oddly shaped item or get to those hard to reach places; and it retracts effortlessly. The handle moves smoothly with just enough resistance to properly adjust the flow and temperature as desired. The flow is as powerful as you'd expect and the sprayer function can really power off those tough spots. The touchless feature is very cool and comes in handy when your hands are a mess. One note... If you have cats and they discover the touchless feature, (trust me, they will) your water bill may sky rocket! They do love it so thank goodness you can turn that function off. As always, ya gotta love that lifetime warranty if anything were to go wrong. The chrome is flawless and gives you that mirror like finish that just LOVES to grab onto finger prints and water spots... love it and hate that all at the same time - HA! But that's just me being... well, ME! Overall a great faucet.

I just installed this faucet and I am very impressed with it. I cook with a lot of poultry, so I don't like to touch the faucet with my hands as I am cooking. I can simply touch this faucet with my wrist, forearm, or elbow and it will turn the water on or off. Only once in a rare while will the water not turn on after touching it, but other than that, the performance has been very good. This also really wasn't anymore difficult to install than any other kitchen faucet. I like the spray pattern for removing stubborn, stuck-on food when I am cleaning afterwards, and I like that the spray-head is more compact than typical designs. The stainless steel finish appears to be of good quality, and blends in with the other stainless steel appliances in my kitchen. It is also easy to change the temperature from hot to cold when needed. It's a great faucet that helps prevent germs from spreading in my kitchen while cooking!

"This is worth bragging about on facebook!”- my wife. It's really easy to install. It took me longer to remove our old one then to install this one. For people who use their hands to work and play it’s a dream. I cook a lot and hate rinsing my hands when handing meat/egg/etc as I would touch the faucet and leave germs. We leave it on hot water so washing up is very simple and no germs are waiting on the faucet for the next person.

We needed an upgrade for our kitchen faucet. We selected this model for several reasons--the pull down sprayer, stainless steel construction, and hands-free technology. We love this product. The pull down faucet is so beneficial for cleaning dishes, as well as for cleaning the corners of our deep rectangular sink style. There are two spray choices which work perfectly and provide a nice range of water streams. I like that this faucet has an easy pull down of the spray head and also retracts into place very smoothly. The faucet is weighted, so this feature helps to prevent a dangling pull down head. For the hands-free technology, the battery pack comes with 4 AA batteries which worked perfectly upon installation. This faucet has not dripped at all and as a benefit, has lead free construction. The design of this product is very modern and looks great with our kitchen. It has a professional look and appeal. I have received compliments on this new faucet.

Installation was pretty simple and I didn't have any issues there. The sprayer is pull down and just how I'd expect it to be. The hands-free operation works quite well despite the need for batteries. We haven't had to change them in the month of having it installed, but the batteries are relatively easy to change out if needed, as they can be mounted anywhere under the sink, 4 AA batteries and in a gasket case to prevent water from getting in. The only qualm I have with the product is that it doesn't include an escutcheon so it's only good for one hole sinks. The spray patterns are sufficient, one being regular, the other being a bit wider and are controlled by a rocker switch. There is a pause feature as well which is to be held down during the pause. Product works as expected, and the chrome finish is excellent.

This is a well thought out design and very functional Beale Single Handle Pull Down Sprayer Kitchen Faucet with Selectronic Hands Free feature. Battery powered, but it would be nice to have it plug in. Time will tell how often the batteries have to be replaced. Well packaged, easy to follow instructions. I needed an extra pair of hands to help install. Faucet is heavy. Has auto hands free mode to simply wave your hand in front of the sensor or can be switched to manual mode. Pull down sprayer doesn't have a very long reach, I would have liked the hose to be another 2" long but it works as is. Retracts easily and has magnets to hold the sprayer head snuggly in place. It is a little pricey but well made and should last a long time.

Keep in mind, that this is a really big faucet. It has quite a large diameter and may look out of place in smaller kitchens. That being said, it is pretty awesome! The best feature of this is the touch-less operation(which can be switched to manual mode), especially when you are making something and your hands are dirty. Also, the sprayer is very heavy duty, so it will snap back into place, using a strong magnet. The installation is fairly straightforward with great instructions. I would recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade their kitchen to a modern look.

Delivered last week. Installed today. I must say, the install was a breeze. It has nice long water hoses that connect right to your hot/cold valves. The instructions where easy to follow! Overall I'm very satisfied and would buy another if I had a need for one! I think the description doesn't due it justice. This faucet is fantastic in every way! The only complaint that I have is that I which it spot resistant as I constantly have to wipe it down as it shows finger prints badly and smudges.The hands free sensor is very responsive and consistent. My favorite feature is the auto on/off pull feature! Just grab the faucet head and pull and the water turns right on! Let it go, it retracts and turns off all by itself! Very happy!
