The toilet I bought at the Barrington store was returned and box resealed. Wax ring was on the bottom, missing bolts and toilet seat and directions. My plumber had removed the old toilet and it cost me 2 extra hours labor because I had to go to Lincoln Ave store and get another one.

It looks good and works perfectly. There is a very small hole in the porcelain on the inside of the bowl near the top, but it doesn't affect anything. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars

I have had the toilet for 2 weeks - it is a perfect size for a small bathroom, each flush uses a smaller amount of water and, so far, everything goes down with 1 flush.

I really liked that the toilet was even and inch higher than my old one. Having bad knees makes it hard to rise from the toilet. A little easier now!!

The toilet arrived in perfect shape and included all parts. Packing was excellent. Installation was not difficult, just follow the instructions. A couple of minor adjustments were made. One was to adjust the tank fill level and the other was to adjust the flotation on the flapper. Both were easily done and only took a few minutes.

I ordered two American Standard Cadet3 toilets and had them delivered. The delivery went smoothly and the gentleman who delivered the toilets was very nice and considerate. We've only had these two new American Standard Cadet 3 toilets installed for a week now, but so far we are very happy with them. The flush is very powerful and they certainly look really nice. Much nicer than the old toilets we had. I did change the flush handle to a white universal flush handle. In my opinion, since the flush handle is in in the front, the white flush handle just gives the toilet a cleaner look. I will say, however, that the flush handle the toilet comes with looks like a very cheap plastic piece. American Standard may have wanted the handle to look like a chrome piece, but they really missed the mark by choosing this cheap plastic piece to include for the toilet. Other than the flush handle that I felt had to be replaced by a new white handle, I am very happy with choosing these toilets. They work extremely well and I would recommend them.

Toilet still leaking after plumber returned to tighten connections. Waiting for a new toilet installation by Home Depot, it's been two weeks since issue first occurred.

I just installed this toilet a few days ago. So obviously I can't give a long-term review. I replaced a toilet that for some reason became prone to clogging. So far this one has a very powerful flush and fills up quickly. It came with everything you need to install the toilet including a wax ring. However I did not like the wax ring. I bought a better one at Home Depot that has a plastic cone in it. Other than that the installation went perfectly. I picked up the toilet at Home Depot.

The toilet works the way it should whatever we give it it takes it!

Perfect for smaller bathrooms

Low seat for adults. Older users may need heightened seat.

Had to replace old toilet and this one was easy to install and worked without having to do anything. Very happy with the toilet and think going to buy the same one again.

Beautiful toilet uses less water to flush also.

The seat is very small for adults, the handle is short and sometimes you have to flush twice. It’s pretty and save space.Buy only if it’s for a child.

The seat creaks a lot when you sit on it. It is good in that it flushes without using an excess amount of water. My husband wanted the cheaper version but I wish we had purchased the elongated seat version instead of the round.

Flushes like a dream. The included seat is actually decent.
