ISSUE #1 The toilet handle wouldn't push to flush. I called the toll-free number on the tank, they said it is a known issue. They said they could ship me a free replacment tank in 7-14 days. Thanks! ISSUE#2: THE TANK WILL NOT FLUSH IF THERE IS A KINK IN THE HOSE, *** AND *** KINK's IN THE HOSE COME FROM THE FACTORY. Except there were no kink in the hose. To remediate, you must cut a wire-tie which is used to lock the hoses in place (why is a wire-tie needed? why not ship working hose locks?) which have a self-loocking mechanism. Detach the hoses to release pressure. Re-attach, then pray. It won't work. Repeat. Then maybe it will work. ISSUE #2 Pinhole leak on the left flush handle hose. ISSUE #3 Flushing handle is is air driven not lever or cable driven. This creates an ongoing problem with flushing. Once I got the flush working, I can say it doesn't flush very well. the pressure flush is not much better than my gravity flush. Finally, if you ignore these reviews -- toilet lid purchase extra, and why does the online catalog show the toilet with a lid?

This is the best toilet by far! Love how it saves water. The only thing that kinda embarrassing is very loud flushing that i can hear from my second floor bathroom. However it will pay forward in your pocket at the end!

Easy to install. Should have 3 bolts connecting the tank to the bowl, not 2. It's a little loud when flushed. You have my email address, that's how I received this review!!!!!!!!

Looks good, and flushes great. We had a similar model from a few years ago and decided to upgrade our 2nd bathroom with flush assist. The components inside are a different brand than the other, but seem to flush better so far.

2 out of 12 toilets I purchased failed within 2 years. The pressure assisted pump would failure including leakage and total mechanical failure. It wouldn't flush at all. I replaced them with traditional gravity fed toilets.

nice power flushing. one problem with flush control tubes when I installed. amrican standard toilet has bad job installing the flush handle system tubes. after fixing myself, works great.....

Great toilet, works as described. A plus, is it is not as loud as I expected it to be.

Broken, never left the lot with it. Could hear it rattling in the box, never should have been called to pick it up. Tried to re-order, product no longer available. Waiting for e-mail to tell me it is available!
