These are very nice! A little darker than I figured, but definitely nice, secure faucets for our new bathrooms. I DO wish it had an option for a pop-up drain. Had to order that separately, but the quality of these faucets should have them available. Easy to install, and tight to the new new under-counter. I don't think these single mounts will ever start spinning or loosen.

Great product and exceptional value!

The look is great, a little heavier or substantial looking size which is a tad bit too large looking for size of my sink but nothing outrageous that no one else would think about. The included pop up drain is plastic parts so I bought a brass one instead Very easy to operate and nice and shiny, east to wipe clean. Plumber said the two caps on each handle pry off to reveal a slot to use Allen wrench to remove to replace ceramic cartridges. Over all highly satisfied and good price with reasonable delivery time. Ship to local store. Would recommend and would give more stars if just l little smaller looking for personal preference only. Plumber installed quickly.

The faucet was easy to install, but the brushed nickel had a slight gold tone look which did not work with our other decor. Will be returning it.

Water flow is poor. It looks really nice, though.

We bought these because they were easier to install than the Moen we returned. Because we have a traditional 3 holed porcelain sink the Moen did not sit well due to a semi circle plate which made a good install impossible. However, these faucets installed easily, but the brushed nickel finish has a gold tone cast which doesn't match our other brushed nickel fixtures. This was not visible in the pictures or on the box cover, and there was none available in the store to view. We needed faucets so we used the two in our bathroom, but are returning the third one to hopefully find a brushed nickel without a gold tone cast.

I bought it two years ago and after a year of use the bottom part all started corroding and after 2 years of use, it started leaking.

I love the look of this faucet, and it works very well. The instructions were mostly clear, and the installation was fairly straightforward. The only problems I encountered are minor: 1. The diagrams appear to show two plastic washer-like rings under the faucet and under each handle: one ring to go above the sink surface, another to go below. But the package included only one such ring for each part. (I bought and installed two faucets, and they were both this way, so I don't think it was just that the box was missing parts.) 2. The instructions for the pivot rod and for changing handle direction weren't quite as clear as the rest of the instructions. I figured them out eventually, but it took a little while. 3. This isn't really a problem with the faucet, but: removing the old faucet and handles was difficult and time-consuming. I know that there's nothing that the faucet manufacturers can do about that, but it might be nice if the instructions said something general about how to remove old faucets if you have them, and how to clean off the areas of the sink where the old faucet was. I went into the removal expecting that whole removal process to be easier than it turned out to be. But I can't blame the new faucet for this--it was really just a problem with my expectations.

This is a nice faucet set with smooth operation and a nice look. A good value for the price. However, the finish gets spotty with water. I tried WD40 but still getting spots.

The look when first installed was great. But it shows water marks extremely easily. You have to wipe dry after each use to keep them from showing.

I bought 2 of these faucets. One worked great, while the second one the cold water handle just spun around in a circle. I had to return it and get another one. The replacement worked great and they are beautiful installed!

Immediately noticed the hot side handle wobbled after an hour long installation. A year later the left side is constantly dripping. I should have just bought a cheap replacement faucet which like I did when I replaced the kitchen faucet. That thing is still running like a champ. I don't think the cartridge is covered by warranty. Does anyone have a link or know what the replacement cartridge should be? Can I get it at Home Depot? Thanks!
