bowed plate
One of the wall plate was bowed. It took us a long time to install that particular plate. The other plates were straight and easy to install. The bowed plate ended up tilted at the bottom and not adhere to the glues on the wall board. It would be a better looking shower if the plate were manufactured better.

How is this so expensive? It's a sheet of plastic
I am so disappointed in this product--returning as soon as I can rent a van. It's like a hard piece of paper. I have no idea how this can feel like a shower without the alcove being JUST THE SHOWER.

I am very happy with the shower enclosure. I can't believe that it cost that much for whit it is, but once installed, it is awesome. Great improvement over my old tub/shower enclosure.

There is not 34inch depth version of this problem. Outrageous since American Standard sells 34in shower pans.

Don't buy this product
I own a bathroom remodeling company and our client wanted a remodel on a budget. So they chose this particular surround. One wall came bowed and was impossible to glue to the walls. After 3 failed attempts with different construction adhesives and many different shoring attempts, we finally returned the item. Our clients had to wait an extra week to take a shower in their only bathroom because of this. I am not happy with this over-priced product. I will never buy this again.

The product is of laminate and over priced for what I got. The instructions do not give DIY help ...
The product is of laminate and over priced for what I got. The instructions do not give DIY help at all. The "Adhesive or Glue" should have been included and it is not. A single solo panel should be included or at least mentioned where to purchase one at incase you have a shower area bigger than their kit. The name "2-Piece" is not correct. There are 4 pieces. The Corner Shelf arrived separate and a week late. Innovative Building Solutions has a better wall panel.
